Sales Representative & Program Coordinator

What you will do
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative & Program Coordinator to support revenue growth while ensuring effective coordination and execution of customer programs and internal initiatives. This hybrid role combines client-facing sales responsibilities with program coordination and administrative support.
Sales & Business Development
- Provide support within the Sales Department where needed to achieve revenue budget.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, client visits, and referrals.
- Manage incoming customer inquiries, providing quotations, follow-up, and service recommendations.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships to support revenue targets.
- Support proposal development, including RFP/RFQ submissions and pricing coordination.
- Represent Miller at client meetings, site visits, industry events and trade show representation.
Program Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate customer programs and service delivery activities across departments.
- Track program timelines, deliverables, and documentation to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and technical teams to align service delivery with client needs.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and tracking tools for program performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure contractual obligations are met relating to specialized contracts and requirements.
Client & Administrative Support
- Maintain and update customer databases, pricing records, and CRM/ERP systems.
- Prepare customer reports, summaries, and program updates as required.
- Support invoicing processes and ensure completeness of supporting documentation.
- Assist with internal communication to ensure alignment across departments.
- Analysis of customer accounts.
What you will need
Education & Experience
- Post-secondary education in Business, Environmental Science, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or program coordination
- Experience in environmental services, industrial services, or waste management is an asset
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
- Take a proactive, solutions-focused approach to identifying opportunities, solving problems, making sound decisions, and adapting effectively to changing client, program, and business needs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organization and time management with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to coordinate projects/programs in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solving with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems is considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel as required
- Superior attention to detail.
